Brian Aboringong is a singer-songwriter, vocal coach/instructor, a worship leader, and a journalist. He holds an MA in Journalism from the University of Westminster, London, and is passionate about telling God stories through his art.
His passion for spirit led-worship has seen him grace both national (Cameroonian) and international (London) stages leading Christians in the worship of God through music. His repertoire of songs includes āDesperationās Cryā which had an accompanying music video shot and produced in London, Ā his debut Cameroonian single āOvercomeā which was remixed by Brazilian Gospel House DJ and Producer, Gabriel Vitor aka GV3. He also released the Worship anthem āLay It Downā and more recently collaborated on his recent single āSurviveā with Cameroonian gospel afro-jazz artist Ronnel Valerie.
He is also a lead vocalist, songwriter, and official spokesperson of the Destiny Changers Musical Band, a Limbe-based gospel music band whose sophomore album dubbed āFoundationsā is set to be released in the coming weeks. Brian Aboringongās reputation as a technically proficient vocal coach has seen him coach several upcoming and well-known names in Cameroonian gospel music, as well as choirs and musical groups. He is a resident Vocal Coach at the King Ojage Studios in Molyko Buea
Brian Aboringongās new single āWhen The Song is Overā is set to be released on the 11th of December 2020 and is produced by Dr. Edison Aboringong, with mixing and mastering by Herve Ngombi and Gabriel Eyong of Soft Music Records Douala. The track features electric guitars by the exceptional Cameroonian musician Marcien Oyono and bass guitar input from the super talented Michel Tahjoue.
